Stay & Service

We offer bed and breakfast service, not half board.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is guaranteed from 2:00 pm. In case of early arrival, we can store your luggage free of charge in our deposit.

Check-out is by 10:30 am. If desired, we can store your luggage free of charge.

Late check-out, upon request and subject to availability, has a cost of €60 and allows you to stay until 5:00 pm.

Cancellation policy

In case of partial or total cancellation of the reservation, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as provided for by Article 1385 of the Civil Code. For shortened stays or early departures, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Cancellations must be received in writing. In case of cancellation, the deposit equal to 30% of the total booking cost will be retained. In case of “No Show” or cancellation 24 hours or less before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Balance of the stay

The balance of the stay can be paid at any time during your stay, at your discretion; generally, it is settled at the time of check-out. In case of bank transfer, it must be made before check-in. Accepted payment methods: cash (within the legal limits), credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night, up to 10 nights of stay.

Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

Breakfast

The buffet breakfast, with sweet and savory options, is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The service is buffet-style and also includes freshly prepared eggs.

Reception & Bar

Our reception and bar are open and at your disposal every day from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.

SPA

Our property features a SPA.

Use of the SPA is included in the cost of your stay, upon reservation.

The minibar is stocked free of charge on the day of check-in.

Any further refill will be charged to the room according to the hotel bar price list.

Due to company policy, any kind of animal is not allowed on the premises.

Kettle and minibar

All our rooms are equipped with a minibar and a kettle.

Upon arrival you will find a Welcome Kit at your disposal, to start your holiday off on the right foot!

Heating

The temperature can be adjusted directly from the thermostat on the room wall.

Parking

Our property has a free private outdoor parking area. A covered garage is also available for a fee; for motorbikes, covered parking is free (reservation required).

Internet connection

The property offers free high-speed internet connection. Wi-Fi login is available via password.
